Independent Reading task
In reading we were reading a book named starting with strings we predicted what kind of
text it was.We narrated the story and acted it out.I got 5 out of 10 because I got some
right.

In Maths we learnt 3 techniques to solve Multiplication equations
every group had 1 technique Taupo had the Algorithm Wakatipu had the
Korean method and Wanaka had the Japanese method we shared our
techniques to each other.People learnt how to use it by using decimal points now Mataio and I are masters at all 3 techniques.LI: To teach the Korean Method

Neymar
In LS1 we had to pick a olympian athlete and research question for the 5 Ws and H
My athlete was Neymar he played soccer.His International team was Brazil
and his club was Barcelona.Neymar scored 39 goals total(22 in La Liga, 10 in the Champions League and 7 in the Spanish Cup).

Robber's mask
I
n reading we were reading a book named the robber's mask the book was about
a dog named Cassie who found a robber's mask around the neighborhood and the 2 robber's
lived in a burnt out house.In the story their were some hard words when we were scanning the text
their were hard words like Sooty,Reluctantly,Sarcastically and tingle.We made a word web about
the hard words.After reading the text we made a DLO and showed what we had to find and do during reading the story and after readong.LI: To find the most important (main) idea in a text.

Writing DLO
